To give you the short version, puppy mills are dog breeders that keep their males and females in small cages with no comfort of even a cardboard box to cover the metal flooring in her cage. They are bred every cycle for as many years as they continue live. They have no medical visits for the dog or the puppies. Many of these pups are sold to pet stores, and many come with diseases. Please refrain from buying puppies from pet stores so we can put these monsters out of business.
